These terms govern your purchase and use of guides from Everyday Manuals ("we," "us," "our") at everydaymanuals.help. By buying or using our products, you agree to them.
What you're buying
We sell original, downloadable guides in PDF form. A purchase is a one-time payment for a digital file, delivered to you instantly after checkout. There is no subscription, no physical product, and nothing to install.
Your license to use it
When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it, print it for your own use, and keep it. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the file publicly.
- Post it where others can download it, or include it in another product.
- Remove or alter our branding or claim the work as your own.
Printing copies for your own personal use is fine. Sharing the file beyond that is not.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a guide doesn't help you, email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no forms and no questions. You may keep the file. To request a refund, email everydaymanuals@gmail.com from or mentioning the address you bought with.
Payment and pricing
Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Prices are shown on the product page and may change, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made. You're responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everyday Manuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or property damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our guides. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Intellectual property
The guides, their text, layout, figures, and the Everyday Manuals name and marks are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants the license above and nothing more.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Your continued use of the site or products means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Everyday Manuals operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
